Plant Startup Services
On Site Repair Services is known for giving your plant an upgrade after years of wear and tear. However, our team of trained millwrights also help with new plant startup services. We know that even a new plant may come with some unforeseen issues. During plant startup services we typically place 2 – 4 of our highly skilled field service technicians to temporarily aid your facility maintenance crews. Our technicians all hold multi-faceted skills which include millwrighting, pipefitting (Industrial Process Piping & Plumbing), fabrication (all American Welding Society certified), mechanical repair and equipment installation/transfer relocation. This is a huge advantage for a new facility startup because the plant does not need to contract several contractors to over see and facilitate the plant startup! All our journeymen are multi-faceted skilled. In addition to our field team, we also have an in-house machine shop and fabrication shop ready to help with your plant startup!
Facility Maintenance Startup Crew
Once we are in your facility, our multi-crafted service technicians will work alongside your maintenance crew to advise them on the best strategy for overall facility maintenance management. This is a great opportunity for the new maintenance crew to familiarize themselves with their new equipment– taking additional time to carefully learn the new processes. On Site’s technicians can aid in many facility startup tasks including equipment installation/relocation, on site fabrication of structural, stairways or catwalks, and oversee mechanical start-ups. Once the new facility is ready to start testing their equipment and process, our people will remain on site in order to help with any process/equipment that did not work as intended. We will help to troubleshoot the issue and fix the problem. We want to make sure your equipment is running smoothly prior to leaving your plant.
